Let’s face it- planking can be boring!!! I 💕getting creative with core work and challenging your body in a way you never thought you could!
Here’s a way you can add a bit of fun into your planks. I just used one of the kids balls but you could use a weighted ball to make it more challenging. Keep watching for an alternative without the ball.
Core work should be one of the most important elements in the way you choose to move your body! Something I use from the start with all my clients... Your core muscles plays a huge part of your every day movement. It trains the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen!

Short and sweet blog today but a reminder to work on your core to avoid any annoying injuries popping up. We can hold ourselves in a poor posture for years and our brain begins to think your in the right posture. If injuries are appearing from nowhere - the body is telling you there is an imbalance somewhere. Listen to your body - it's your best compass for your health!!!
