This was me last week having a mindful moment by the ocean after dropping the kids off at daycare and going for a morning run in the sunshine. So grateful for these moments. Makes me feel alive!
So , we want to move our body but find ways to do it efficiently. One of our biggest blocks when embarking on a new healthy habit is time. So this is why I tailor workouts to make sure they work as many muscle groups as possible.

Let’s face it- planking can be boring!!! I 💕getting creative with core work and challenging your body in a way you never thought you could!
Here’s a way you can add a bit of fun into your planks. I just used one of the kids balls but you could use a weighted ball to make it more challenging. Keep watching for an alternative without the ball.
